And Then They Were Gone: Teenagers of People’s Temple from High School to Jonestown is the only book about the Jonestown tragedy that tells the story of the children. The book’s author, Judy Bebelaar, who taught the Temple teens in San Francisco will read from her book.

The reading also includes authors Deborah Layton and Julia Scheeres.  Layton, who wrote Seductive Poison,  escaped from Jonestown to prevent the tragedy.

Julia Scheeres, the author of A Thousand Lives, is a New York Times bestselling author.
